Summer Garden Salads manufacture a range of fresh mayonnaise-based salads including Coleslaws, Potato etc, Vinaigrette based salads including Pasta, Rice and jellies. The business also manufactures a range of dried and prepared stuffing.
The company’s biggest market is within Northern Ireland, although it also sells to the Republic of Ireland. The bulk of the companies’ sales come from distribution to major retail outlets such as Dunnes Stores, Super Valu, Co Op, Nisa group and Independents.
