Vikings won well away at Ballymoney, whilst the 2’s lost to Ballynahinch 2’s, the 1’s lost a close encounter against Ballynahinch by 10-16.
One victory from three outings was how it went last Saturday. The 1st hosted Ballynahinch in a game which was blighted by the weather, injuries and difficult playing conditions saw the visitors win by 10-16.
The 2’s lost their earlier game also against Ballynahinch 2’s, they started well but as the weather worsened the visitors made the better of it and won well.
The Vikings were the only team to win with an excellent away victory at Ballymoney out scoring the hosts by 15-32. The Vikings made a superb start to their season with a 5 try away victory at Ballymoney. Glen Moore bagged a hat trick and Johnny Gregg the other two.
