Made with a selection of vegetables including tasty Lincolnshire onions and a careful combo of sweet
(Muscovado sugar) and sour (malt vinegar) along with tamarind paste, chilli, all spice and lemon juice, this
is everything you want in a pickle; a toothsome crunch, a sweet tang and a sharp bite.
Not everyone will be able to make it to the official festivities to commemorate Her Majesty’s 70 year reign,
but you can enjoy your own celebratory lunch with friends and family as we watch the pageantry on the
