UUJ welcome UUC to Jordanstown for what should prove to a heavily contested game.
UUC had a strong 62-13 win over UUM last week and will be on the hunt for more points this Wednesday.
UUJ have a bye in the All Ireland League and should have a good squad to select from, ko 230pm
Belfast Met welcome Letterkenny IT to their pitches at Montgomery Road, Belfast Met lost to QUB last Wednesday 38-15 but will be looking to get this seasons campaign moving against the traveling Letterkenny IT.
UUM travel to “The Dub” to play an on form QUB side, QUB had a good win last week over Belfast Met and should be the favourites in this fixture.
