Scots finish third in Bucharest 7s

Scotland 7s have finished third in the Bucharest 7s, the final Rugby Europe Grand Prix Sevens Series event of the year.

Their results from the four tournaments this year means they finish the European circuit in second place behind France.

The Scots improved on last weekend’s fifth place finish in Manchester by beating Belgium, 28-14 in their Cup quarter-final this morning and then Russia in the third place play-off, 14-12 this evening.
