RLI are looking to recruit a development manager to continue the growth of the game in Ulster and support the overall development on the island of Ireland. This new position will report into the General Manager and will be focused mainly against the development of the existing competition in Ulster and maximising the opportunities that exist in the region. This will cover the commercial activities and interactions with the sporting bodies and authorities in Ulster as well as providing assistance to new and existing clubs to aid their growth. The successful candidate will also hold roles within the operating panels of RLI. The role will be based full time in Northern Ireland and the package will include a basic salary of approximately 20,000 GBP and a company car, laptop and phone. There will be a requirement to travel mainly within Ireland and to other areas of the UK.
