The long bus journey to Omagh was the winner on a damp morning, when Omagh scored seven tries to Newry’s one. The Newry side appeared to have conceded the game even before the whistle to start, and were unrecognisable from the team that beat Banbridge two weeks previously.

Newry 17-22 Omagh
Newry travelled to Omagh after having no match last week due to a Halloween break. Newry started off well with an early try from first centre Cathal O’Brien which was converted by Ryan Toal. Omagh’s backline dominated the entire game with an overlap on the wing each time. An amazing effort from Newry’s backs and forwards which was rewarded with a try from Niall Symth…..
