A Game of Two Halves!
Instonians 52 – Balynahinch 2nds 35
Conference League at Shawsbridge
32 October 2015
Conditions : warm, sunny and dry.
Instonians returned from their away win in Limerick last week to their home ground. They had really rung the changes with of lot of regulars being rested. It gave the opportunity to give two players- Stephen Rooney (wing) and Mark Mairs (backrow) their debuts for the firsts. It was also good to see Paddy Bell back at flanker after a lengthy spell of injury. He joined his brother Rory in the team. Rory, playing at outside centre, had only made his first start a couple of weeks back against Lisburn in the cup.
Ballynahinch kicked off and had the better of territory and possession in the 6-7 minutes without testing a well marshalled Instonian defence……. for the full report and shots CLICK HERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
