A Little Bit About The Masseuse

Jen Goodall is a fully qualified VTCT level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. She has a strong background in sport, especially rugby where for the last 10 years she has played for University of Ulster Jordanstown and currently for Belfast Harlequins Womens 1st XV.

“Through training and playing a tough physical all over body sport my body has seen its fair share of bumps, strains and sprains. I found massage was a great tool that helped me avoid injury through self maintenance, so when I got the chance to learn how to do this professionally I took it. Now I can give you the benefit of both my professional training and my sporting experience”

Jen currently works with Belfast Harlequins Womens Rugby 1st and 2nd XV, UUC Mens 1st XV and a number of high profile local, national and international athletes whose testimonials prove the benefits of regular sports massage.

“When I stepped up into Ulster and Ireland, my training stepped up with it! ReJenerate Sports Massage has really helped keep my body in great condition and able to compete for that starting spot! I’d recommend Jen to any serious athlete”

However a sports massage therapist is not just for professional or serious athletes. Many jobs can be laborious and often housework can be just as taxing on the body as training for sport. Jen is passionate about people maintaining their body and avoiding an injury or discomfort before it occurs.

“Most people I see in my clinics are there because they’re tight or they feel sore. That means the damage is already done! Training for sport, general fitness or as a part of a weightloss programme can be intense and wearing on a body that also has to do a 9-5. So whether you’re sore and stiff from working all day or stressed or even just sluggish, a massage can be a great tool to keep your body feeling fresh as well as giving you the desire to get active again and experience that feeling of wellbeing.”

Jen is the resident Sports Masseuse ar Sculpture…and she is excited!

“Sculpture is a family gym that helps you reach your physical goals and I’m proud to be a part of it. Training is tough, but I can help you recover from your last session and get ready for the next! I’ll work hand in hand with your PT and together we will get real results!”
