Ulster Branch Community Rugby Officers Darren Pepper (Portadown RFC) and Graeme Hunter (Lurgan RFC) held a mini rugby festival for primary schools recently. The festival took place at Pollock Park, Lurgan with 5 schools taking part. Bocombra PS, Millington PS , Kings Park PS, Warringston PS and Donacloney PS who were playing contact rugby for the first time. The event finished of with some refreshments in the clubhouse and a presentation of certificates to all participants. Thanks went to all participants, school teachers , Lurgan RFC and local business Lumen Financial Planning for providing refreshments and certificates.
