RECIPE
Ingredients: Makes 6 crêpes
1 large egg, 325 ml semi-skimmed milk, 150g sifted plain flour
30g melted butter for frying
METHOD
Combine the milk, flour and egg into a bowl and whisk. Melt and butter and add to the mixture.
Heat a pan, add some butter and then add 2-3 ladles of the mixture into a pan.
Serving suggestions
Fold 2-3 of the cooked crêpes and place back in the pan. Add a teaspoon of
Wiley’s Finest Peak Omega-3 Lemon flavour oil, a sprinkle of sugar and, for
an extra kick, a dash of Limoncello to taste. Serve.
