This is a Black Tie event to allow everyone involved with the club ‘past and present’ to celebrate the club reaching the milestone of 100 years old.

7.00PM – Drinks Reception
8.00PM – 4 Course Meal with Auction/Ballot
10.00PM – Live Music from Back2Vegas
Guest will be greeted as they arrive at the hotel by a Piper, and a drink reception at 7.00pm
Preceding dinner you will be welcomed by the Club President and there will be a short speech by a guest speaker.
You will be served a 4 course Meal at 8.00pm consisting of…
Starter: Soup
Main Course: Roast Chicken & Bacon with Seasoned Vegetables & Potatoes
Dessert:Strawberry Cheesecake with fresh cream & coulis
Followed by Tea/Coffee and Petit Fours

AUCTION/BALLOT etc
1. Envelopes on every table. Guests place £10 in envelope, write their name and seal it. Envelopes drawn for prizes between courses, or at end of dinner and during coffee.
2. Auction for a limited number of quality prizes.
3. Ballot for other prizes.
Following on from the this guest will be left to enjoy the remainder of the night, with live entertainment and bar on offer until 1.30am. With the Clarion Hotel asking us to vacate the room by 2.00am.
As the event is in Carrickfergus if people wish to stay at the hotel after the event, the Club has held over 25 rooms at preferential rate (Wedding rate) under Larne Rugby Club provisionally (please quote when booking) Bill to be settled by the individual booking the room obviously.
Currently holding 12 x Double Rooms at £80 B&B, 15 Triple Rooms at £90 B&B. All prices are per room. If these are booked out – anyone can book their own room, quoting the Club special offer.
For remaining guests unfortunately after your great night out, you will have to make your own way home.
TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE SOON….. £40 per person.
We are aware of a younger playing membership at the club and therefore put in place the option to book a table/group of 10 for £350.

Black Tie events of this magnitude are normally priced in the region of £50-£60 pp…rising to £80-£100 depending on the occasion. For £40 each guest will receive free drinks reception, 4 course set-menu dinner, quality live entertainment and a DJ/Disco to close the night. I would suggest that in today’s climate – that represents extremely good value for money.
