Armagh Rugby Club invite girls and ladies of all age groups to an open training
session on Monday 12th September 2011 at 7pm. Places are available in U16,
U19 and Senior Ladies Teams. Come along and give Rugby a try in a friendly
atmosphere.
Our qualified Ladies Coaches are members of the Ulster Senior Ladies Squad
and will :-
~ Help You Get Fit
~ Make Sure You Have Fun
~ Teach You Contact and/or Non-Contact Skills
~ Observe Best Practise in Their Training Methods
