After a shaky enough away win over Ards in the league last week Instonians certainly stepped up a few notches in this clear-cut win against Omagh. It was another bonus point win with a try ratio of 6:1.
Omagh kicked off but it was Instonians who attacked first. They opened the first few minutes by holding on to the ball well and forcing themselves down into the Omagh 22. They moved the ball through 8-9 phases before turning it over.
