In a recent world survey about home & property values in 80 countries found that 78% of property & estate agents value the well groomed garden or green element of properties to be worth on average 15% of the overall property value!
The same report suggests that if home owners invested money to employ a professional garden designer that the net increased value resulting in creating a beautiful garden had a fourfold financial return for every pound/euro spent !

Our recent multi-award-winning show garden at Garden Show Ireland 2014 “A Room for all Seasons ! “was designed as a simple contemporary garden space ( 5m x 5m ) which could work as a small courtyard, or fit neatly in a medium or large garden by creating a go-to entertainment area to all al-fresco eating, entertaining & funky fun place to hang out & relax in , at the end of a long day ! This simple well designed rectilinear space really excited the visiting public.
