Deeside Mineral Water adds new 500ml sparkling to their range
Earlier this year, Deeside Mineral Water in Ballater underwent a complete rebrand for its premium bottled water, returning to its roots with a look that emphasised its illustrious Scottish heritage.
Due to the success of the re-launch, the company have had growing demand to produce a new product and have now announced a 500ml sparkling PET bottle to complete their current range and complement the 500ml still water.
“We are delighted to be adding the 500ml plastic sparkling bottle to our collection”, said Managing Director, Martin Simpson. “We have listened to what our customers want and are happy to be launching it under our new branding.”
Sales have grown by 14% since the relaunch in February this year, with over 1.5million bottles in the first 6 months of trading. Founded in 1996, and celebrating their 20th anniversary this year, Deeside Mineral Water is the only water to be bottled in the mountains of the Cairngorms National Park. The water originates from the springs at historic Pannanich Wells in Ballater, close to Balmoral. All bottles in the range are 100% recyclable and BPA free.
Over the years, eleven clinical studies have proven the healing properties of Deeside Mineral Water. As one of the purest bottled waters in the world, results show it possesses anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant and anti-ageing properties.
The 500ml will have a major market rollout to retailers and wholesalers alongside its 500ml still sister and the 1 and 2 litre still bottles. Deeside also offer a number of both still and sparkling glass bottled products mainly to hotels and restaurants.
