Enniskillen RFC would like to hear from suitable applicants for the position of Head Coach.
Enniskillen’s 1st XV currently play in Ulster Qualifying League One, whilst the 2nd XV play in Junior League One and the club wishes to appoint a Head Coach or Player/Coach for 2010/11 to help maintain Enniskillen RFC’s position as a consistent Qualifying League One club and take them forward in their quest to become a top league performer.
The successful applicant will be responsible for helping to organise and manage the development of players within the senior squad and the competitive performance of that squad. As such applicants must possess excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills; have a sound knowledge and understanding of rugby union in the modern era and possess IRFU accredited coaching qualification(s).
