The First Kiss
A velvety sipper with tropical notes, finishing with a sweet, fruity kiss.
INGREDIENTS 35ML Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin 15ML Edinburgh Gin’s Raspberry Liqueur 60ML pineapple juice GARNISH fresh raspberry
METHOD Add the gin, liqueur and pineapple juice to a shaker with ice. Shake and double-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry.
AT FIRST SIGHT
Fall in love with this lively sour, balancing aromatic floral notes with a zesty finale.
INGREDIENTS 50ML Edinburgh Valentine’s Gin 10ML Edinburgh Gin’s Pomegranate & Rose Liqueur 15ML simple syrup 25ML lemon juice 1/2 egg white GARNISH lemon twist
METHOD Add the gin, liqueur, syrup, lemon juice and egg white to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
