“It was only when I sat down to eat from these plates that I realised just how helpful this is!” >>> www.thedietplate.com “I freely admit there have been times when I almost thought about eating the wrong foods, thankfully I didn’t because of exposing myself to the right thoughts. That is why I was so pleased with this product. Best Wishes, Diet Editor InTouch Rugby.
“I have been eating and evolving my diet for the last 12 months and in that time I have lost 4 stones, but there have been times when I have needed a reminder of my goals, i would say approximately every 4 weeks this reaches crisis level, because even though at the time I don’t realise it I am actually at most close to reaching my goals and just having that extra reminder helps so much!
The plates are beautifully made, i would say they are actually like handmade plates and they have a very simple message as you can see, its a welcome reminder, when you are eating, i don;t have to remember to read my inspirationa quotes, and because most of us have a breakfast i’m getting this message first thing in the morning! what a great idea!
I’m the type who used to write messages on paper in my office, I still would if it was needed! the reason I would is because these written text messages work, it really does help to improve focus and concentration, and having the messages on the plates is perfect!!
Below is a story and ideas which we are delighted to share with you!

Biggest loser James, he played Rugby all of his school life and early 20’s, he was encouraged to be a big lad at 6′ 5″ tall. Unfortunately injury put paid to any sport but his eating habits remained the same and muscle turned to fat he continued to eat as he always did when in the rugby season and by the time he was 30 he had ballooned to 36st 7lbs at his biggest. the 1.jpg, (after photo) he weighs 19 stone, a loss of 107kg. The merge photo he actually looks years younger than his fat photo but I promise you that was taken just a month or so before the more professional one in 1.jpg. I think he was about 32 there. It’s amazing what weight can do to a body.
The Diet Plate should be a kitchen essential, just like everyone has a corkscrew. If you want to lose weight, or maintain weight then it is there for you every day. Use it 7 days a week to lose all the weight you need and 5:2 to maintain your weight but our 5;2 (17 years old by the way), is that Monday – Friday use the Diet Plate and Sat – Sun relax a little, if their is a beer with your name on it, then have it! And if you do put it away in your cupboard and gain weight, then all you have to do is pull it out and start using it again.
The portion sizes for men are larger, (pleasingly) men can eat 500 calories more, so the diet portion sizes have to reflect that. On the Diet Plate calories are 1200 – 1550 cals for women and 1500-1900 calories for men, depending on recipes. Nothing is off the menu, you can cook all your favourite foods. The Diet Plate works by food groups, by design it automatically re-balances the nutrition in any meal, directly at the point of serving. From a chicken curry to a roast beef dinner.
Both male and female systems were clinically trialed by the University of Calgary, independent of www.thedietplate.com. The results translate into the fact you are 6 times more likely to lose weight using the Diet Plate than going it alone. And, 3 times more likely to control Type 2 Diabetes. See attached study results.
James, After 2 years using the Diet Plate male version and some advice about healthy eating, he lost, as I said, a whopping 17 stones! about 107kg. The best of it is that he has managed to maintain his weight loss as well because of the education he received while doing it on the Diet Plate.
