CIYMS Continue winning: CIYMS I XV 48 v BHSFP I XV 7

At a frosty Belmont CIYMS continued their winning 48-7 against Belfast High School.

High School started strongly bagging an early try through some great rucking an mauling by the pack. However CI soon took control of the game. Stevie McReynolds, Mark McConkey and Matt Armstrong made some rampaging runs up the middle with Armstrong securing a hat trick of tries towards the end. However, after much deliberation, man of the match goes to Tim Balfour playing his first game in over a year after coming back from a series of injuries. All the CI backs played well but Ross O’Donnell, Phil McVitty and Captain Michael McCombe stood out today.
