Blog Post! Making 3 different designs (A cushion, Poster & T-Shirt) for kids who love baseball using the Design Bundles Heavily Discounted Baseball Design Bundle!
So exciting! With 3 little ones who have just discovered baseball and are surrounding themselves with the iconic style of baseball we decided to design our own baseball items. We used the Design bundles 50% discounted (at time of writing) baseball design bundle!
The process of getting my designs to work from was so simple! Once I had joined the Design Bundles platform (which has so many products). I simply paid for the Baseball SVG design bundle and downloaded the content to my personal computer! Then I was able to use my preferred designing software either Photoshop or the free GIMP software to create my designs!
Taking time I discussed with the kids what sort of designs we wanted, and on what items, using the baseball svg design package! Our list was so long! We thought of cups, glasses, plates, seats, lunchboxes, hats, t-shirts, aprons, place-mats, boxes, flags, cushions, and posters! We even thought of stenciling on walls! Designing with others is such great fun! I guess we were actually brain storming ideas! It took us days to make our list and also to whittle that down to items we really liked the idea of ! Spending quality time with the kids like this is so good!
We thought of neighbour’s and friends calling round for visits, and parties. We just got so excited about making our designs (from the svgs bundle)! With Christmas coming up we knew the house was just going to be chokers with people! Thinking about this really inspired us to make the best designs we could and have everything ready for Christmas! It’s amazing how this really cheered everyone up all week!
So! We got down to our final designs. Those were, a T-Shirt, Cushion and Poster. Of course that was really only the beginning because Design Bundles had provided us (for such a small fee) so many designs to use! Obviously we were super confident that we could handle it and we quickly began checking the designs against our desires. Part of the design process required us to get images that we could use from online free to use image sites, which we did.
Starting with the t-shirt we came up with a range of designs! Lets not forget as parents that this process was taking the children through the design process in a really relaxed and fun way! Going from idea to purchase to design brainstorming, visuals and then finished design! We are still joking with them that visitors will be like customers and they will tell us if they liked the finished ideas! There is also something really cosy about wearing clothes we designed ourselves! There are so many designs on the Design Bundles website that almost any fun type of design can be found! You can so easily make quality time for you and your children by taking time out from your tremendously busy schedule to do crafts and enjoy nature. We have so much time that can be spent in this quality way, designing t-shirts and cushions for our homes and enjoying time together with our precious families! Using platforms such as design bundles and employing your own skills and resources will make everyone happier!
