Cup win for Ladies U18

Bangor Ladies U18 played Armagh today in the cup winning 3 tries to 1. Although at times a bit frantic, the Bangor girls were dominant in all aspects of the game and the scores were always going to come.

Hanna Harris, a new addition to the squad, scored first using her natural power and strength to score under the posts. The second try by Zoe Cooke again was well worked thought the backs. Zoe, although playing out of her natural position in the pack, doesn’t look out of place in the centre – she has great speed and balance. The third try was scored by Orla Menzies using her agile feet and aggression.
A couple of players who had a super game were Molly Harrison, Molly Ryan (Besty), Catherine Boal and Olivia Brown.
