MINIS:

This coming Saturday there is an away trip to Tir Conaill R.F.C. for a mini’s Blitz. Cars will be departing from the lakeside at 8.30am on Saturday.

The club would like to thank all the parents who came up and supported the mini blitz on Saturday the 11th of Feb. A big thank you to all the coaches on the day that helped keep the event running so smoothly and to the parents who took time out of their busy schedules to come up and watch. Another big thanks to all the parents who helped supply beverages, buns, cakes and sandwiches. Also thank you to all the parents that made sure each player got themselves a drink and a few snacks, it’s not an easy task keeping eager rugby players at bay. ‘‘It was a pleasure to host the blitz, and brilliant to see the likes of Enniskillen and Donegal travelling down with their teams for the day’’ said Martin O Halloran, the mini co-ordinator for the club. It was fantastic to see the young ‘‘rugger’’ enthusiasts getting out and playing what can only be described as fantastic rugby. The Players themselves on the day were a credit to their respective clubs and are sure to be looking forward to the upcoming blitz in Tir Conaill. If any more information is needed contact Martin on 086-8035335.
