This coming September marks the 40th anniversary of the official opening of Hamilton Park, the current home of Ards Rugby and, as with any of the 40 years, the club coaching and management are already in preparation for the new season.
They have held a number of meetings to plan out the training and coaching strategies for the year and on Tuesday evening a number of positive steps were agreed during a meeting with the senior players. With the majority of the squad having committed themselves for another season and a number of new signings confirmed it looks as though Tweed is already making a mark.

Congratulations and many thanks to Ross Workman and family who recently ran a coffee morning to raise money for the charitable trust. Well done!

On a more somber note however, the club would like to extend their sincere condolences to club captain Stewart Paul on the recent passing of his grandmother, and to the Workman Family on the passing of a close family member. Our thoughts are with you.
