Delicious Cullen Skink, Portobello Mushroom, topped with Black Pudding and Goats Cheese, Hot Smoked Salmon all make for appetite-whetting starters, while mains include Scottish classics like Chicken and Haggis with a wholegrain mustard sauce, as well as Fishermans Pie and Pork and Black Pudding Stack. A selection of fresh fish and traditional dishes are also on offer, while local butcher, Jimmy Bogle, supplies meat to ensure the hotel can cook you ‘the best steak you’ve had in years.’
