The smooth, velvety mayo base tempers the spice of the sriracha resulting in a rich, lingering heat that’s flavourful, but not overpowering. Expect a cool-creamy mouthfeel up front, followed by a warm chilli tingle that dances on the palate.
Sure, it’s great on a sandwich or in a wrap, but the flavour really sings as a dip for sweet potato fries, crispy calamari, tempura veg or chicken wings. It also does something splendid when swirled through mashed avocado for a spicy guac, or spooned onto breakfast eggs for a brunch-time zing and stirred into yoghurt for a spicy slaw or salad dressing.
