Reception – An enthusiastic ensemble of the loyal Ulster Rugby Womens Supporters. I XV Players, New arrivals on the scene, coaches, family, knowing that this Ulster Team is so close to the break through. We have Irish Level talent throughout the squad and the number of new players and teams popping up across the province is gathering a frenetic pace. Clubs are busy throughout Ulster coaching, training, preparing, building relentless momentum as the quality and style of our sides grow beyond all expectation.
We are seeing more off loads in the tackle, more aggressive leadership in individuals breaking the line. Our sides confidence is growing all the time, the scorelines move towards victory and the loyal fans baying for the chance to sing – SUFTUW – STAND UP FOR THE ULSTER WOMEN.

What a joy to witness the women condfidently taking to the field and everyone was really really impressed. The scrum was solid with the pack bedding down into the modern proffessional front row stance with the 2nd rows supporting. 
The solid formation of the 8 scrummagers, physically extremely strong, experienced and the Ulster NO8 causing mayhem at times with support in numbers taking the ball forward. The back line was like something out of an international XV, ready to pounce and putting in some absolutely immense hits.
Athletic, youthful and very skilled, this is a birlliant time with so much competition for places. Coach Benji Van Der Byl was delighted with the womens performance, we caught up with him after the game for an InTouch TV interview and he said,
