Training will then continue on Mondays and Wednesdays at 7pm and on Saturday mornings at 10am. The Senior Coaches at the club, Mervyn Tweed and Alan Benson together with the Coaches for the 2nds, 3rds and 4th XVs are eagerly anticipating the forthcoming training sessions. With the assistance of the strength and conditioniong Coaches at the Club, there will be an emphasis on fitness, stamina, and improving skills which will be game specific. With competitive matches only 6 weeks away and significant challenges ahead, there is an air of anticipation about the Club, and once again the team spirit that flourished last season will be to the fore.
Players of all ages and abilities will be catered for and new players or those who wish to play rugby for the first time will be most welcome to Hamilton Park.
