Willie comments on the Instonaisn website:
“Welcome to our website which covers our three sports, Rugby, Hockey & Cricket, all located at our Shaw’s Bridge complex, (BT8 4XP) surrounded by the Lagan Valley Regional Park.
On this website each sport’s information and contacs are available and all contacts will be pleased to assist.
If you are a new member, current player, supporter or visitor you will be made most welcome.
All sections offer opportunities from schools level upwards to participate with excellent, qualified coaching available to develop skills and fitness.
Please free to contact myself at any time.
I hope to see you at Shaw’s Bridge during the coming months.
