Great day out at the IRFU 7s, and while the girls came back with the Plate!! the guys did very well indeed. City Of Derry managed to reach the main competition semi final and found themselves playing against a team that had a USA 7s player on it! they did very well in the semi final and must surely have found this seasons 7s series very useful. Queens had a harder time but still socred some superb tries and found the experience useful for blooding in some future key players.
