RAINEY OLD BOYS 2014-2015 SEASON Pre-Season Has commenced All Players old and new are welcome

Rainey Old Boys Senior Pre-Season training commenced on Tuesday 22nd July 2014 at the club and will continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout July and August. All players old and new are very welcome! Squad Strength and Conditioning sessions run from 6pm to 7pm with Ryan Keating in the state of the art club gym and pitch sessions run from 7.15pm sharp until 8.30pm on the new outdoor 3G pitch with the coaching team of Richard Boyd, John Andrews, Dylan Davies and Damien Campbell. Players are to bring boots, trainers and water with them to all sessions during July and August.
