Lisburn Rugby Club pre-season training got off to a great start this weekend thanks to the positive attitude and hard work of the players. With the club under the guidance of newly appointed coach Mark Crothers and with the assistance of Paul Heasley (Ulster U21 Fitness Coach) the players were put through their paces. It was good to see a number of new faces to the club and also a number of returning players. Things are looking positive for Lisburn Rugby Club this season and the club is looking forward to the forthcoming season.
