Instonians RFC: Youth Development Ofiicer Job Opportunity Now Available – Application & Details HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Purpose:
To assist in meeting our Youth Development Strategy and associated goals. The person appointed will have as their main priority the recruitment of players from a diverse range of backgrounds in the age range 11-13 years. In particular he/she will target at least 3 schools in the primary/secondary sectors and offer a rugby outreach programme in them. These schools are likely to be in the South and West Belfast areas. He/she will assist the Under 13 coach on club coaching nights and attend appropriate youth games on a Saturday.
Working sessions per week in period September –mid- March:
Normally maximum of 5 sessions of 3 hours per week (to include preparation and travel time). Normally 3 sessions will be outreach programme to schools, 1 session at club coaching and 1 session on match day.
Duration of Contract:
Three years, subject to 3 months’ probation period and renewal each year.
