After watching Campbell v Methody we made the short journey to Shaws Bridge home of Instonians rugby to watch Instonians III XV take on Coleraine II XV.
In good sunshine, both teams warmed up. Both looked well drilled and prepared for battle. Pictures link on next line and scroll down for video clips below this report.
Hard hitting flowing rugby progressed at 2.30pm and we were entertained by two good teams. All the skills came to the fore in this excellent game.

Coleraine looked stronger from the kick off, although a frustrated Instonians side may have allowed a few counter attack tries in as they attacked the Coleraine line.
Pictured above are the 3 Neely brothers who play for Coleraine.
This Coleraine side like their I XV are looking very sharp.
All credit to both sides on a good game and we look forward to covering both moving forward.
