There is a bootcamp @ Ards rugby club on Monday and Wednesday at 6pm and Saturday mornings at 9am. Run by Neil McMillan and Scott Young and is open to everyone (male and female) at a cost of £5 per session.
Some of the Ards ladies have been attending as part of pre-season training, in preparation for their first competitive season in the development league.
Saturdays are “Super Saturdays” and they wear superman t-shirts! but they stepped it up a notch this week on the basis that if superman can wear his pants over his trousers, so can Ards Ladies!
