A second half comeback from Dungannon IIs took the points at a bitterly cold Glynn. Larne took the lead with a try and a penalty before Dungannon’s apprentice poacher Daniel Maxwell got a try. Jerome McClure scored a fine try converted byJake Finlay. Larne extended their lead to six points with a penalty and converted try before half time. 18 – 12.
The second half was all Dungannon with three converted tries scored by Jake Finlay, Jeremy Baird and Jerome McClure, Jake converted all three. A good performance from this young team on a difficult day for playing rugby.
