The South Donegal Ladies (Ballyshannon, Donegal Town and Finn Valley ammalgamation) had their first league win today at The Holmes against Belfast Harlequins beating them 95 to 0. The girls put on a great display of rugby scoring 14 trys in all. Helen McPartlan scored 4 trys and converted 10. Claire Mc Glinchey scored 2, Siobhan Coughlin scored her hatrick and Mairead Carty scoring two also. While Lorraine Molloy, Rachael McCool and Claire Anderson all ran over the white wash for their trys. A great team performance by all and the girls are itching to get back on the field. Harlequins are in their 1st year setting up and gave a gutsy never say die attitude and we wish them all the best in the future.
