We&#8217;ve been doing this for the last five years, showcasing the big efforts of our volunteers and support staff in each country, and this year is no different. Looking ahead to 2016, we&#8217;ve been able to further subsidise the fees our volunteers pay to participate; costing around 30% less than ever before. It also gives them the opportunity to develop skillsets in line with the guidelines of what makes a good leader excellent.&#8221;<\/span> Frik van Heerden, Managing Director, G4S Tanzania<\/p>\n<p>In 2015 Bhubesi Pride Foundation&#8217;s Operations Director, Oliver Munns, is heading up our very own <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Transformational Leadership<\/span> seminars in Africa. Presenting largely to G4S Africa employees, the content draws on the charity&#8217;s expertise in this area, backed by theoretical input from PhD academic and author <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Dr Elesa Zehndorfer<\/span>. It&#8217;s one of three core services our new consultancy offers, adding further value for our stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;An eye opener.
