In fact the whole of the England women\u2019s squad use the bikes, so it feels like the perfect match for me,\u201d explained Taylor.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor, who played an instrumental part in England\u2019s world cup winning squad added: \u201cI\u2019m still working full time whilst trying to train and compete at the highest level, so the Wattbike provides me with a great workout and all the immediate analysis I need when I\u2019m short of time. The accurate and consistent measurements help me ensure I\u2019m in the right training zones so I\u2019m  confident I\u2019m training appropriately\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Taylor and Youngs have both been in action for England during the Six Nations, with the latter preparing for World Cup selection.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe bike has really improved my power output, a key factor in rugby, and will be an essential piece of training kit in my preparations for this year,\u201d said Youngs.<\/p>\n<p>Wattbike\u2019s Commercial Director, Richard Baker adds: We\u2019re thrilled to be working with Tamara. It\u2019s a big year for England Rugby and the women\u2019s team has lead by example, so we hope to be able to draw on some of her experiences.
