Bangor 2nds through to Crawford Plate final<\/p>\n

Bangor 2nds held off a strong challenge from Harlequins 3rds at Deramore Park to win by 15-13, and earn a place in this year\u2019s Crawford Plate final.<\/p>\n

The opening signs weren\u2019t good for Bangor when the strong home side went ahead through a drop goal within the first few minutes, and following Harlequins\u2019 first real attacking move. However this was soon cancelled out by a Neil Cuthbertson<\/a> penalty. From the restart, Andrew Clegg<\/a> was taken in the air, resulting in a yellow card for the offending Quins player. Bangor now started to come back into the game, and were rewarded after a further 8 minutes when Cuthbertson made a great break before passing to Dave Lyn outside him who then managed to dive over in the right hand corner for a try.
