1868 Restaurant & Wine Bar is both an amazing dining experience and a incredible historic one too! 1868 was the year this beautiful building was established as Armagh\u2019s old probate office and customs house. It is balanced on the corner of the Georgian embraced Mall, beside the stone Courthouse, so central and minutes walk from Armagh museum, both cathedrals and city centre shopping.<\/p>\n

The restaurant\u2019s critically acclaimed cuisine is sensibly priced making this restaurant extremely popular and well rated by locals and tourists alike.<\/p>\n

You can expect anything from posh fish and chips and juicy steaks to baked seabass, herb crushed new potatoes, roast pepper, tomato butterbean rag\u00fa & basil pure\u00e9!<\/p>\n

With value and quality in mind the restaurant can offer an early bird menu starting from \u00a312.95 for two courses from 5pm \u2013 6.30pm sharp.<\/p>\n

1868 do a lunch menu which would work out cheaper than a take-away but serving fabulous dishes like homemade bread and vegetable soup, steak & onion ciabatta, fresh battered fish, chips and mushy peas.<\/p>\n
