The findings coincide with the launch of Sharp\u2019s \u2018There\u2019s an Adventure Brewing\u2019 campaign, which aims to reignite Britons\u2019 lost sense of adventure. <\/p>\n<p>The research shows that more than half (54%) of Brits would like to live more adventurously, and 63% would feel happier and more fulfilled if they were able to do so. The three biggest factors holding Brits back from living life more adventurously are financial restraints (37%), family pressures (18 %) and nervousness (16%).<\/p>\n<p>Sharp\u2019s unique campaign, being launched today, looks to challenge some of these factors and encourage Brits to follow their passion, bringing a sense of everyday adventure and excitement to the UK. <\/p>\n<p>Stuart Howe, Director of Brewing, Sharp\u2019s Brewery: \u201cBeing based on the Cornwall Atlantic coast, adventure is part of our everyday lives at Sharp\u2019s \u2013 whether it\u2019s surfing, rowing, or living out our passion to create new and exciting beers. We have a really special energy here in Cornwall, and wanted to bring that vitality to the rest of the UK.\u201d <\/p>\n<p>\u201cOur research clearly shows that Brits are craving adventure \u2013 and more than that, believe adventure will make them happier and more fulfilled. We wanted a way to show people the importance of a little adventure, and help inject some more excitement and Cornish energy into their lives.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sharp\u2019s \u2018There\u2019s an Adventure Brewing\u2019 campaign will give people the opportunity to win one of five extraordinary adventures during 2015. The brewer is teaming up with inspirational leaders from across a range of sports and industries, offering the public the chance to join them on their next big challenge. <\/p>\n<p>The first adventure will offer members of the public the chance to join Sharp\u2019s Director of Brewing and world renowned brewer, Stuart Howe, on a journey to create their very own personal brew. Winners will join Stuart at the Sharp\u2019s brewery, where they\u2019ll learn the art of craft brewing, working through their own ideas to bring to life their perfect taste profile. Their beer will be brewed and made available as a limited edition across select pubs and bars as well as the Sharp\u2019s shop.<\/p>\n<p>Whether rowing the Atlantic, winning a rugby World Cup, seeking out the world\u2019s biggest waves, or cooking Michelin Star dishes \u2013 Sharp\u2019s has chosen leading ambassadors for the remaining four adventures, details of which will be released at later dates throughout the year.
