Attending training and working so hard to be ready for each game. The systems are excellent and the clubs bring massive experience to the table as the young adults play tantalizingly good rugby. Match day is always focused and the respect for coaches and referees is superb. The players are working well as groups and staying in a good place no matter what the scoreline as they develop their club and themselves!
