Perfected over decades it is a closely guarded secret but part of the secret lies in the time we take. Devoting several weeks to maturing the products in order to develop Pinkerton\u2019s great taste and one of the reasons people come back to our products time and time again.<br \/>\nSliced Bacon<\/p>\n<p>Curing is just part of what we do at Pinkerton\u2019s and our expertise certainly doesn\u2019t end there.  When the curing process is complete our specially trained staff slice the range, everything from back to middle and streaky.<br \/>\nBacon is either packed in standard packages from 200g to 2.27Kg, or we pack to your own specification.  We also routinely slice to the specification of chef\u2019s in Northern Ireland\u2019s leading hotels and restaurants.<br \/>\nSausages<\/p>\n<p>Pinkerton\u2019s Pork Sausages are produced from fresh lean pork, cut daily and made using our own finely balanced recipe.  The basic ingredient has been unchanged for generations and the ingredients are as simple as they are wholesome.  What makes our sausages so special?
