This is not any easy task, for what might suit one club, may not suit another and their may be occasions when a game will be organised at short notice with little or no advance warning.<br \/>\nAlong with all the other clubs, Ards have a number of games to reschedule and one or two of these may be played over the Christmas period, if agreement can be reached between clubs.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Seasons Greetings<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> Ards RFC President Reggie Haddock would like to thank everyone for all their support during a very difficult and traumatic first half of the season.<br \/>\nThe passing of our good friend and head coach Cois Beukes had a devastating effect on all who knew him and he would particularly like to pass on his best wishes to Cois wife Rachel and young daughter Naomi, at this time.<br \/>\nHe would also like to extend season\u2019s greetings to all our sponsors, members, friends and supporters of Ards RFC and hope for a buoyant and prosperous 2011 for all.<\/p>\n<p>Match Reports And Scores<br \/>\n1st XV \u2013 Seapoint 23 v 7 Ards<br \/>\n2nd XV v Instonians \u2013 Game Postponed<br \/>\n3rd XV &#8211; No game<br \/>\n4th XV v Lisburn (Possible walkover for Ards)<br \/>\nU19s &#8211; Ards 6 v 50 Ballynahinch<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.pitchero.com\/clubs\/ards\/photos\/ards-u19s-v-ballynahinch-11-89594.html\">Excellent Pictures Here From Ards U19s v Ballynahinch U19s<\/a><br \/>\nU17s \u2013 Ards 12 v 27 Lisburn<\/p>\n<p>Ladies<br \/>\nArds Ladies have been toiling away under the stewardship of Ross Reid ably assisted by Ian Caughey, and hope to be in a position soon to make an announcement on their first game early in the New Year.<br \/>\nThis will be a huge milestone for the club and for the Ladies section in particular and hopefully get the girls on the rugby map and encourage more participation from the \u2018fairer sex.\u2019<br \/>\nWell done to everyone for turning up at training on these cold wintery nights, and lets continue to build towards your first game soon.<br \/>\nThis will be a huge milestone for the club and for the Ladies section in particular and hopefully get the girls on the rugby map and encourage more participation from the \u2018fairer sex.\u2019<br \/>\nWell done to everyone for turning up at training on these cold wintery nights, and lets continue to build towards your first game soon.<br \/>\nSocial<br \/>\nThe teams Christmas dinner went down a treat on Saturday night and credit must go to the caterer Mark Robinson and his staff for putting on an excellent meal.<br \/>\nThe Minis Christmas party also went very well at a packed Movieland cinema in Newtownards on Sunday. Thanks once again are extended to Ian Caughey.<br \/>\nExiles<br \/>\nThis season\u2019s annual Exiles game will take place at Hamilton Park on Saturday 1st January and has a 2.30pm kick-off time. Stew and mulled wine will be on offer for everyone to help keep out the winter chill.<br \/>\nMini<br \/>\nThe Minis are now enjoying a well earned break but will return to training on Saturday 2nd January at 2pm. Their first opponents in the New Year will be away to Holywood on Saturday 8th January with a 2pm start time.<br \/>\nTag Rugby<br \/>\nBookings for the next set of schools Tag Rugby sessions, are beginning to fill up nicely with Londonderry Primary, Comber Primary, St Patrick\u2019s Primary, Killinchy Primary and Alexander Dickson Primary all set to avail of this fun sport early in the New year. Ards Arena is also introducing Tag Rugby into their activities on Monday and Thursday evenings in January 2011.<br \/>\nTag Rugby (none contact) is for both boys and girls and can be played both indoors and out.
