Ireland will play Scotland at home in Tallaght Stadium on Saturday the 25th of October before travelling to Wales on the 2nd of November.
The under 19 squad is made up of players who took part in the recent Schools Origin fixture between Leinster and Ulster as well as players from the domestic competition.
Speaking on announcing the squad Kelly said; “We are excited to be able to put this squad together this year following the recent schools activity. It is great to see young players taking up the game and we hope that these fixtures will help aid the development of the game at under age levels in Ireland.”
“The players have been working hard since March and cutting the squad down was a difficult task. We now have to work hard on preparing the twenty players for two tough games against Scotland and Wales.”
“Both have had under 19 set ups for a while now so we face a tough challenge but I am confident this group of players will relish that challenge.”
The Under 19 fixtures will take place as curtain raisers to the senior international fixtures in Tallaght Stadium in Dublin and the Racecourse Ground in Wrexham.

Ireland Under 19 Squad:

Adam Anderson (Belfast Metropolitan College)
Adam Brodigan (St. Joseph’s CBS, Drogheda)
Adam Carberry (Gormanston College)
Cathal Downey (St. Joseph’s CBS, Drogheda)
Cathal Duffy (St. Joseph’s CBS, Drogheda)
Cian Harrington (Gormanston College)
Conor Redmond (St. Mary’s Diocesan School, Drogheda)
Craig Black (Moyle Park College / West Dublin Bears RLFC)
Darren Madden (Tallaght Community College / West Dublin Bears RLFC)
Daryl Hand (Belfast Metropolitan College)
Emmet Banahan (Gormanston College)
Jake Wall (Athboy Longhorns RLFC)
Johnny Dunlop (Belfast Metropolitan College)
Johnny Mooney (Belfast Metropolitan College)
Mark Bishop (Belfast Metropolitan College)
Matt Connolly (Athboy Longhorns RLFC)
Paul Bolger (St. Mac Dara’s Community College / Dublin City Exiles)
Ryan Healy (St. Mary’s Diocesan School, Drogheda)
Sean Hayes (Gormanston College)
Ty Mackness (Belfast Metropolitan College)

IRELAND UNDER 19 SQUAD ANNOUNCED 29th September 2014, 20:35 Ireland under 19 Head Coach Conor Kelly has today finalised his twenty man squad which will take part in Rugby League Ireland’s (RLI) first internationals at this level.
