A Saturday morning, wintry, but bright sunshine and the sound of a rugby match on the 1st XV pitch in front of the clubhouse. A decent crowd has gathered as two local rivals go head to head at U17 level.<\/p>\n
What follows is an exciting game of rugby between two youth teams. The first 25 mintues was dominated by Malone, with Instonians clawing back a 2 try deficit to finish the half like for like. Both teams began the second half with flair and fought tooth and nail for every inch. A fantastic game to watch and we look forward to both sides developing as the season reaches the half way stage.<\/p>\n
As for now the next few months will see these teams battle through their league. Both have been picking off the other teams and both will meet again!<\/p>\n
Instonians took the victory. But this young Malone side will learn from the experience.<\/p>\n
