Planning Supervisor<\/strong><\/p>\n

Provides Planning Supervisor Services in accordance with Construction (Design & Management) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995. (CDM)<\/p>\n

We are aware that not all clients are familiar with the Construction Process, let alone Construction Health & Safety, and therefore if you contact us we will go through the process with you and provide you with the HSE NI book “How the Regulations Affect You”<\/p>\n

NOTIFY HSE OF THE PROJECT AND ADDITIONAL NOTIFICATIONS
\nRECEIVE INFORMATION FROM THE CLIENT\/DESIGNERS FOR THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION H&S PLAN.
\nLIAISE WITH DESIGNERS AND ATTEND DESIGN MEETINGS THROUGHT THE PROCESS.
\nPREPARE THE PRE-CONSTRUCTION H&S PLAN.
\nASSESS THE COMPETENCE AND RESOURSES OF DESIGNERS AND CONTRACTORS IF ASKED TO DO SO.
\nCHECK THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE H&S PLAN COMPLIES WITH CDM REGULATIONS AND ADVISE BEFORE THE CLIENT ALLOWS WORK TO BEGIN.
\nPREPARE HEALTH & SAFETY FILE.
\nREVIEW THE INFORMATION IN THE HEALTH & SAFETY FILE, DEAL WITH ANY ERRORS OR OMMISSIONS, AND HAND OVER THE FILE TO THE CLIENT.<\/p>\n
