Despite that most English of surnames, Marco Pierre White himself has a part Italian heritage. Honouring this Italian heritage, we have two elegant cocktails for you. First up, and perfect for summer, a white negroni. Secondly, for celebrations the sparkling Italian 75 will add

MR. WHITE’S GIN Classic White Negroni<\/strong><\/p>\n

30ml MR. WHITE’S GIN<\/p>\n

30ml White vermouth<\/p>\n

30ml Suze<\/p>\n

Add all ingredients and stir with ice. Garnish with grapefruit peel.<\/p>\n

MR. WHITE’S GIN Italian 75<\/strong><\/p>\n

25ml MR. WHITE’S GIN<\/p>\n

25ml Limoncello<\/p>\n

15ml Lemon juice<\/p>\n

100ml Prosecco<\/p>\n

Add MR. WHITE’S GIN, Limoncello & lemon juice with ice to a shaker. Shake well.<\/p>\n

Strain into a champagne flute and top with Prosecco. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.<\/p>\n
