Kennet’s premium Crayfish Gin is not only produced by a local sustainable food producer with great eco credentials, but delivers a surprisingly delicious taste.<\/p>\n

Kennet Crayfish Company, is a Berkshire sustainable food producer, catching and processing the wild freshwater American crayfish found in the Kennet chalk streams. They have now launched a unique craft gin using crayfish claw shells and botanicals. By distilling our crayfish claw shells and infusing them with the complimentary releases not only the sweet delicate taste of the claws but a crayfish oil that creates a new top-quality mellow gin, smoothing the edges of the botanicals and enhancing the flavour of mixers rather than competing with them.<\/p>\n

The company also wanted to feature their eco credentials as a sustainable and humane food producer and have incorporated a ‘tails of the riverbank’ illustration by _Sophie Jonas-Hill_, a British award-winning artist & illustrator into their label design.<\/p>\n
